As a coach and a father, I’ve seen firsthand what CrossFit can do for kids.

I’ve watched my daughter, Paisley, grow not only in strength and fitness, but in confidence, discipline, resilience, and belief in herself.

That’s why we’re excited to launch our Elect Youth Summer Program

This program is designed for kids ages 8–14 and focuses on:

This is what consistency looks like!
These are moms, dads, students, teachers, nurses, business owners, and everyday people who have simply made the decision to keep showing up.

At one point, many of these members were working toward their first pull-up. Now they’re adding weight to it.

That’s what happens when you stay consistent.

Strength isn’t built in a day. It’s built through hundreds of workouts, thousands of reps, and the willingness to keep showing up even when progress feels slow.

Proud of every one of these athletes and the work they’ve put in.

THIS IS WHY EXERCISE MATTERS!

People think getting older automatically means getting weaker, slower, more tired, gaining weight easier, losing mobility, and hurting all the time. I hear this all the time. But it’s in your control.

Some decline is natural.
But what most people experience is accelerated decline from inactivity.

Every decade we lose strength.
