Planted litchi tomatoes for this year. I’m excited because it’s a great medicinal that tastes like a tart cherry and is related to tomatillos. I want to try a litchi pie and litchi chutney-I saved up some recipes for those. Have you tried litchi? What’s your favorite recipe?
