America's Best Insurance Companies 2024 To assess which companies are serving customers best during this difficult time, Forbes teamed up with market research firm Statista to generate our annual America’s Best Insurance Companies list.

AFR in Payne County held the 2023 annual meeting for all of our co-op members yesterday evening and I would like to thank a handful of folks for making this possible. First off, thank you to all the agents in the county, -Josh Morris with Perkins Insurance in Perkins,OK- Shirley Roe/ Sherrie Bean with Cushing Insurance Cushing, OK- and Bullock Insurance Stillwater, OK- troubling times in the insurance industry has kept all of the agents in the county very busy due to the unique/diverse/ and affordability of AFR Insurance . I would encourage folks to look into what AFR has to offer both on the mutual insurance and cooperative sides. Mugsy’s Grubhouse in Yale, OK provided our meal and as always it was amazing. President of AFR Cooperative Scott Blubaugh spoke about AFR’s current involvement in advocating for our farmers and ranchers in the state. Last but not least, thank you to Ripley FFA and 4H for helping with serving our meal and cleaning things up afterward. Such a classy and well mannered group of kids! Much appreciated to all who were a part especially to all of our members in the county. We thank you and will strive to serve you all at the best of our ability!

This popular AFR event is held in the fall of each year and is available to both members and non-members. Students in grades 3rd-12th compete in their respective category at five district contests held across the state. First and second place winners in each category advance to the state speech contest held in Stillwater on the Oklahoma State University campus. More than 350 students participate in this event every year.
