Cook county spring trip is it great way to learn all about urban natural resources management! Crews this year participating in seed bed construction, wildlife data collection, and of course prescribed burning! With other fun activities littered in between! This trip is a great way to find your footing in natural resources!

Spring Broomball! This year it was a close game! All the forestry clubs came together with fisheries and wildlife societies for a close game! Surprising everyone, the wildlife and fisheries team pulled a head during the final quarter, scoring the two final points. All and all, a great time, thank you to everyone who attended!!

Registration For The Spring Wildland Firefighter Course Is now open! Every Spring, the UWSP Fire Crew and Wisconsin DNR hold this course that fully certifies students as a Firefighter Type II, qualifying them for state and federal wildfire jobs.
