Happy New Year Everyone! I got so busy eating this Gravy Season, I forgot to post. Well, welcome the new year with a treat. I found a restaurant because I typed in Dan-Dan Noodles and Virginia. 88 China Restaurant has given me the flavors I had missed from Tasty China in Atlanta. I am in love!🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Burton's Grill & Bar always has a great selection for dinner. I am kinda mad with myself for not coming more often. The Steelhead and the Paella were great! And if you have the chance, the Blueberry-Hibiscus cocktail is a winner! @ Burtons Grill & Bar of Sterling

You don't know the power of the lunchbox from Tara Thai! 🤣 Those delicious, fat Drunken Noodles, served with yummy soup and that crispy spring roll, made my day with that flavor and that pinch of spice tray spiciness.

Making soups can be hard and easy. I have never made a hard-to-make soup. Most of the time, I just find what's around the house, mainly leftovers, and will match a batch like this chicken and veggies.

Down in Hampton, Virginia, after the Dead and Company concert, we stopped at my favorite dive, Waffle House ()! Any item is great on this menu, but mine is always better with an order of Scattered All The Way, minus the gravy. Bert's chili is the best on these crispy, golden hashbrowns. @ Waffle House

Halloween is the start of Candy Season. Candy Season lasts from Halloween until Easter. You get free candy and have tons of leftover candy. This season is horrible for dieting, but remain strong. Willpower only goes so far, but having one piece will quiet that heifer. What's your favorite candy?

The third recipe from Hello Fresh (): Chimichurri Baramundi. I am liking these meals. They are easy to prep and cook. I am learning a few new tricks, too. All this time I had been trying to get a crispy fish skin and never could do it right. Tonight I learned how to do it by drying the fish with a paper towel first! Even the couscous I was doing wrong. I should be doing it exactly how I do my rice! And who would've thought to roast carrots?! Thanks for teaching me something, Hello Fresh! @ Herndon, Virginia
