There's a new book vending machine in town! Bring your library card to Loudoun County Animal Services (LCAS) at 42225 Adoption Drive in Leesburg to make your "Gotcha Day" a story to remember. LCPL cardholders pay zero adoption fees this Saturday and Sunday, and you can use the machine to get your first library card. A ribbon-cutting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
