This Vendo 39 coke machine was a cherished relic from my childhood which I inherited after my parents had passed away. My father owned a mechanic shop/gas station in the panhandle of Texas near Canadian. One of my favorite treats was to enjoy a bottle on a hot summer day. It was eventually replaced with a fancier model and relegated to storage in an old car garage. Needless to say it was not in good condition when I brought in for restoration. I am thrilled with the results!! Bill had to do extensive research on everything from paint color to coin mechanism. Even the decals are authentic replications. His attention to detail and quality of work are unsurpassed. The only reservation in this recommendation is that one should not be in a hurry for the finished product. But then some things are worth waiting for😊.

Very grateful for Bill's kindness repairing a stained glass pendant light I found in a second hand store. I brought it in to see what he thought about options for glass repair or replacement. He worked magic on the broken piece as I looked on. Will definitely return! Recommended by Northwood Construction for repairs. Thanks so much!

I am thrilled with my music box and highly recommend Restorations Unlimited to bring life back to treasured antiques. My Grandmother would be so pleased! I remember her playing the music box at Christmastime when we were kids. Thank you so much for your hard work, Mike!

When Bill, Pat, Mike and Ken say "unlimited" they really mean it. This workbench was Pasquale Agresta's who immigrated from southern Italy to New Rochelle, NY in the early 1900s. He fought in WW I and had two children, my aunt Pauline and my father Frank. Pictures of "Patsy" and the house where this bench sat for 70 years (my guess is he built the workbench after he moved into 60 Rockdale Ave in the 1940s) are forthcoming.

Before I get to the rest of this story, let me say that Bill & Ken did an absolute phenomenal job restoring this bench which was covered in oil, grime, paint and more when I delivered it. Phenomenal is an understatement. This piece blows everyone away. I can't believe how great it looks and how quickly they worked through this project requiring complete disassembly of the vices, bottom section, draw, etc. Thank you so much for the wonderful work! Every detail from the bench itself to the screws and nickel handles really pop.

Born in 1960, my earliest memories are down the cellar with Gramps and his complete wood shop. He made furniture, fixed clocks, made 200 gallons of wine per year and had a garden behind the house with 100 tomato plants and many other vegetables (pictures forthcoming).

Gramps would work around this bench throughout the remainder of his life passing in 1983 at the age of 89. His sisters lived well over 100 years of age. His daughter Pauline took care of him, his wife and my father who all passed away in the same home. Pauline sadly died 1.5 years ago at the age of 84, steps away from where everyone lived, ate and drank at the very same location. After that I moved the bench down to Virginia. It weighs a ton!

Once I get the bench located into my office, I will post final shots and always think of Gramps as I sit near it, drinking some vino Rosso and eating that great Italian food that we always had as kids.

Story..
We do LOT of old trunk restoration.but this one. From 1911 is a Titanic ship survivor..The owner, young lady was abord for her honeymoon voyage..took ill B4
Ship sailed..her & husband Got off.
Didnt sail & that cxlation saved their lives.
And the trunk.

This old antique hand-me-down Tea table with a hand painted floral design on the top came to visit us for repair.

The painted black, oil-based paint was scratched and the frame was broken and missing glass.

We completed a total restoration for a very happy customer pick-up!
