Since 2018 Quince has worked with the Washington Capitals and Monumental Sports & Entertainment to install and maintain one of the sharpest projection mapping installations in the NHL. For the fifth year in a row, Quince was fortunate to work with a world-class team at Riot Games League of Legends World Championship. Working closely with ConCom Inc., our team was on-site through Madison Square Garden, State Farm Arena, and the Finals at Chase Center, driving all in-venue screen graphics for LED, projection, holographic displays, and data-driven effects. We have a deep passion for immersive technology and education at Quince Imaging. Last week, our team attended the SIGGRAPH Conferences at Vancouver Convention Centre to learn about the latest computer graphics and interactive techniques. It was great to meet with our partners and see companies pushing the limits of real-time rendering and multisensory capture and transmission. With virtual production developing fast, there are now more ways to include augmented reality for live broadcasts. The future is bright!

With the 2022 MLB All-Star game next week, we take you back to the 2018 Home Run Derby in Washington DC at Washington Nationals Park, where Quince helped bring the infield to life with 3-D projection mapping. We configured a complete real-time workflow with virtual projection and cameras within a 3D environment to bring larger-than-life events to the field.
