We’re hiring a Shop Manager at CNB CUT here in Sterling.

We’re a luxury barbershop on Overland Drive, and we need someone to help run the shop day to day so everything stays smooth and professional.

You’d be handling the front desk, scheduling, customer service, keeping the team organized, and making sure clients feel taken care of the second they walk in.

Looking for someone with management experience (retail, hospitality, or salon/barbershop), strong people skills, and someone reliable who takes pride in their work.

Good pay based on experience, a clean modern shop, and room to grow as we open more.
