A new chapter begins for a historic Detroit landmark.

Yesterday, our team joined project partners to celebrate the ribbon cutting of The Belle, an adaptive reuse project bringing new apartment homes to Broadway.

Built in partnership with Bedrock, this project gave us the opportunity to help preserve a piece of Detroit's history while creating a new place for people to call home.

We're thankful to have been part of the team that brought The Belle back to life.

Just three years ago, Justin joined Roncelli as an intern. Today, he's an Assistant Project Manager helping lead projects and mentor the next generation of interns and Project Engineers.

His growth is a testament to what can happen when opportunity meets hard work.

We're proud to be part of Justin's journey and excited to see what's next.

A great night for an even greater purpose!

This year's Bourbon & Bags event, presented by Procore Technologies, brought together more than 400 attendees and helped raise over $100,000 for organizations making a difference across our community.

From the co****le tournament and bourbon tastings to great food, great conversations, and countless connections, the evening was a tremendous success because of the incredible support behind it.

Thank you to every sponsor, guest, donor, volunteer, and team member who helped make the event possible. Your generosity and enthusiasm continue to grow the impact of Bourbon & Bags year after year.

We are especially proud to support four outstanding organizations through this year's event: Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, Detroit Zoo, The Parade Company, YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit.

Events like this are a reminder that building what matters goes far beyond the jobsite. When our industry comes together for a common purpose, incredible things can happen.

What started as structure is quickly turning into the spaces that will support patients, providers, and the surrounding community! We are honored to share that the historic Ford Engineering Laboratory in Dearborn has been recognized with an Adaptive Reuse Award as part of the AIA Michigan 2026 Design & Recognition Awards.

With design led by DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. our team served as contractor on the nearly 500,000-square-foot renovation, helping bring new life to a landmark space while preserving the character, history, and innovation behind Ford’s former Design Center.

We’re proud to have played a role in a project that honors the past while creating space for what’s next.

We’re proud to have helped bring the Fred and Barbara Erb Discovery Trails to life at the Detroit Zoo, a new 7-acre experience designed for hands-on discovery, animal encounters, elevated play, and time spent together in nature.

It has been exciting to watch this project come through every season, and days like this make the momentum on site feel even more real.
