On November 23rd, 2019 CrossFit Boro will host it's 6th annual RISE OF THE SOUTH Competition.
Join us on April 18th, 2026 at Fusion Training in Statesboro, GA for the 7th Annual RISE Competition, a CrossFit battle for pairs of athletes from across the Southeast. This year we are making it partner and will have the following divisions:
MM RX - MM Scaled
MF RX - MF Scaled
FF RX- FF Scaled
All workouts/standards will be released on August 23rd at 8am.

What a great day!!
A 7 year hiatus is too long.
Very thankful for every judge and volunteer who helped make today happen. RISE went smoothly, the energy was great, and it felt good to be back doing this. Excited for more competitions to come.
