A day filled with all the things, here’s a peak at a day in a life of one of our campers 🩷

Today our girls practiced deep breathing using bubbles and learned that when we slow down, take a breath, and stay present, we can better manage big feelings and challenging moments.

We’re helping build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and learn that it's okay to pause before reacting. 🫧💕

A reminder that kindness, understanding, and caring for others never go out of style. Our Girls In Bloom are learning that the smallest acts of compassion can make the biggest difference. 🌸

A little hair care, a lot of confidence, and plenty of learning!

Today our Girls In Bloom learned healthy hair care tips from a professional hairstylist while gaining knowledge about caring for and embracing their crowns.

We love creating opportunities for our girls to learn new skills, build confidence, and invest in themselves.

Today’s vocabulary word was BOUNDARIES a reminder that it’s okay to protect your time, energy, feelings, and personal space.

Our girls are learning lessons that will bloom far beyond camp.

At Girls In Bloom, we’re teaching our girls that confidence isn’t just believing in yourself, it’s also being able to see and celebrate the greatness in other women. 💕

Today’s compliment circle was a beautiful reminder that a few kind words can make someone feel seen, valued, and loved.

We want our girls to grow into women who uplift, encourage, and pour into one another.

We kicked off our first week of camp with so many new and old faces. The girls are already stepping out of their comfort zone, making new friends and reminding us why Girls In Bloom exist!
