This came out very nice. Way to itemize space.

Fixed the beam some contractor did wrong. No way removing the wrong sized steel I beam but we got it right with glulam beam. the home is now leveled and no more structural issue. Soffited and plywood. Moved a door center of and opening and rough framed in closet (not finished) but solid day. 💪🙌 work hard play hard. Shot and beer needed after that 5 hour structural issue, fixing a tragic situattion. But steel i beam doesnt need support now. Who would if thought wood is stronger then steel. Proper sizing matters. 4 additional hours of work added to day to get electrician ready for rough-in.

Master bath demo started. Since dealing with brass can’t just cut pipes so had to open down stairs ceiling to find the connections

Widen the kitchen with new layout and lighting. All new flooring and baseboard throughout living area. Finished in half bath and complete gut remodel for master bathroom. What a transition.
