And honestly — it’s a great question.

Pricing a home isn’t about what you originally paid for it, what you hope to make, or what your neighbor thinks it’s worth 🙃 It’s about strategy backed by real market data.

A great agent looks at comparable homes that have recently sold nearby — homes with similar size, condition, location, and features — to determine the price point that will attract the right buyers and create the strongest outcome.✨

I absolutely LOVE my mudroom! It keeps our chaos organized and makes everyday life so much easier. 🙌

One of my favorite features is our shoe rack for all the kids’ shoes 👟and our dog food bins 🐶 which keep everything neat, tidy, and easy to grab.
