Grateful to gather with so many old friends and some new wellness practitioners committed to supporting community at the Boalsburg Wellness Fair Today.
Thank you for bringing us together — and to Dr. Bethany Stough CNP DNP at wellness for being my table partner for the day. We were a dynamic duo - holistic health/functional medicine and nervous system support is a powerful combo!
Loved sharing some quick breathing and mindfulness resets in the sunshine and connecting with so many thoughtful people.
