2025 brought in some fun new adventures! Grateful for it all and excited for what is to come in 2026! 🎉

Just want to start by giving a huge shoutout to — it was an honor to compete in the inaugural season. I had a lot of fun wrestling in Claw’s format, especially the pylon component. For anyone unfamiliar, in top/bottom position you can score an extra point by knocking over one of three pylons on the mat. It made for some fun strategy work… (even training with foam rollers to get ready for it 😂).

The Cradle City Cicadas came up just short in Super Dual #1, falling 37–36 to the Leopards, but competing in this team format was a blast. It was an honor to compete alongside Ethan Rotondo, , , , , and , and it was an awesome experience to be part of something new in the sport.

My wife and I are excited to share that we will be opening a new business in State College. Coming this Fall, Little Lions Play Den will be a brand new indoor kids play gym where kids can explore, imagine, and move — and parents can relax, connect, and enjoy the moment.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the freestyle session at Mecca Sports, Inc. last night! We had a great group and focused on freestyle turns from the top position.

We’ll be back next Wednesday from 5–6:30 PM, this time working on how to defend those turns. Hope to see you there!

I will be hosting an 8-week Freestyle Wrestling Series at Mecca Sports in Bloomsburg, PA for advanced elementary, junior high and high school wrestlers. Over those 8 weeks, I will be going in depth on advanced freestyle wrestling techniques.

Including but not limited to:
- Freestyle takedowns/finishes
- Top/bottom techniques
- 4-point moves and throws
- Edge wrestling
- Match tactics
- Chain wrestling
- And more!

Sessions will be on Wednesdays from 5 PM to 6:30 PM, starting April 2nd and will proceed through May.
Dates include:

April 2nd, April 9th, April 16th, April 30th
May 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th

Sessions will cost $50 a night, or you can purchase all 8 sessions ahead for the price of 7! All wrestlers must have a full USA wrestling membership. Advanced Elementary wrestlers need to call Allen at (717) 756 - 2285 prior to registering. All payments must be cash or check payable to Mecca.
