The Behavioral Health Alliance of Rural Pennsylvania (BHARP) is the primary contractor for the North Central contract of the Behavioral HealthChoices program.
We are an alliance of 24 rural counties in Pennsylvania. The Behavioral Health Alliance of Rural Pennsylvania (BHARP) is a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Corporation that contracts with the PA Department of Human Services to provide the behavioral health-focused, HealthChoices program for Medicaid recipients (members) in the twenty-four counties we serve in Pennsylvania.
