By A Thread

Tomorrow, we’re back.

A new space. A fresh start. And a whole lot of By A Thread waiting for you on South Allen Street.

After months of planning, painting, building, buying, rebranding and putting this little shop (and myself) back together, we finally get to open the doors.

Come see what we’ve been working on.

By A Thread reopens tomorrow 10 am at 210 S Allen Street.

We can’t wait to welcome you in.

We won Bronze in Centre County Favorites!

This recognition feels especially meaningful after a year of big changes for By A Thread. We’ve navigated some challenges, made a move we didn’t necessarily see coming, and put a lot into creating what comes next.

Through every change, our community has continued to show up for us.

Thank you for voting, shopping, sharing, encouraging us, and continuing to choose By A Thread. As we get ready to open the doors to our new home on South Allen Street, we’re reminded just how much your support has made this next chapter possible.

We’re so grateful to be part of this community and can’t wait to welcome you in very soon🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

New signage and branding completed for By A Thread Boutique. Really pleased with how the colors, fonts and materials came together.

Happy Valley - WE’RE HIRING!

With our new shop opening soon, we’re looking for a few part-time team members to join us at By A Thread.

If you love clothes, love people, have great energy and can make a customer feel like she’s shopping with a friend who actually gives good outfit advice — we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, outgoing, ready to jump in and genuinely excited to be part of what we’re building.

Retail experience is a bonus. Good instincts, great people skills + showing up ready to work matter more.

Interested? Send your resume + availability to [[email protected]].

Know someone who would be perfect? Send this their way.

We have a favor to ask - will you help us move out our remaining inventory? We’re weeks away from our move and need space to start receiving product 👀 Save 50% on orders $100 or more. No code needed. Discount automatically applies.

We can’t thank you enough for your continued support and can’t wait to welcome you into the new chapter of BAT🫶🏼
