Episode 9...Christmas trees. Something that most aren't thinking about this tine of year, but the work and prep never stops! Lots going on with bugs, weeds, soil heath, nutrition and growth! 🎄

Episode 7. ...the weather has broken, and it's finally time to start planting! AccuWeather says the chances of another frost is minimal, so time to get the show on the road! Spent all day getting the store all set up and couldn't have done it without all the help from the crew, Dan, Pam, Kelly, John and Abby! Back to our regular hours, Monday-Saturday 9-6...sundays 12-5... 🍎 🌻

Episode 6...a tour of the big house! This greenhouse is primarily for the annuals. Shade plants and all the vegetables are grown in one of the other houses. We will start to open the store next week. Takes a while to get everything up there, so if there is something you need or want, the greenhouses are open, take a wagon or your car and drive down and take a look! # # pennstate # 's day 🌺🌻🌷⚘️🌹

Episode 5. 1st planting of SWEETCORN 🌽 of the year is in the ground! Early for up here, but perfect conditions, rain on the way and a favorable weather conditions means get planting!!

Episode 4...orchard inspection after the frost/freeze...disaster averted!

Episode 3. Peaches 101. One of the biggest projects of the winter & spring is pruning the orchard and getting it ready for summer fruit production. Now that that's done let's take a look and see how everything is shaping up.
