A giant ship's engine broke down and no one could repair it, so they hired a Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience.

He inspected the engine very carefully, from top to bottom. After seeing everything, the engineer unloaded his bag and pulled out a small hammer.

He knocked something gently. Soon, the engine came to life again. The engine has been fixed!

the engineer told the ship owner that the total cost of repairing the giant ship was $20,000.

"What?!" said the owner.

"You did almost nothing. Give us a detailed bill."

As I travel through many counties this morning on a delivery route, I have seen thousands of signs we have been blessed again this campaign season to have helped candidates all over the state with. Proud of each of these ladies and gentlemen that have worked so hard, that are willing to serve and have a desire to try making things better in our counties across Mississippi. Our prayers are with each of you as primary day rapidly approaches, runoffs happen then the general election in November.

10’s of thousands of candidate mailers that have gone out all over Mississippi for candidates in many races: sheriffs, supervisors, chancery court clerks, coroners, state races, etc. Probably another 10,000-20,000 remaining to be mailed but the finish line is in site with Election Day rapidly approaching then on to the run offs and general election.

It’s been a busy election season! As Mississippi’s One-Stop-Shop for Political Items, we greatly appreciate the hundreds of referrals received again this season.

We are upgrading fiber at PollanPromos and have been without phone or internet service for a bit. Tech came back as scheduled Friday & also as promised Saturday but did not have enough cable. Hoping we get phone & web service restored soon. If you need us, we still open regular business hours, weren’t supposed to have a service interruption but have. Thankfully plenty of stuff to work on but if the voicemail, phone or email isn’t responded to timely you know what’s going on….

Wow, some wild stories candidates have shared around the state….ordered stuff from online companies & hit with HUGE shipping charges, ordered & paid for signs but after 3 months still not received, discovered “consultant” ordered from doesn’t have a business license nor submitting sales taxes, feel like harassed by a company because they constantly bombarded a female candidate, thought we were saving money but now ink is coming off our signs, had to travel 5 hours or more round trip to get items so items ended up costing a lot more than initially anticipated, consultant gave a good deal but gouged us on fees, signs & stakes arrived but they were much smaller than expected so can’t use them or having to order what was really wanted, colors nowhere close to matching, text too large or too small to read so items aren’t legible, poor quality art so items are fuzzy and not legible…..

These are just a few stories candidates have shared over the past several weeks that came to us to fix problems. We strive to take as much “stress” out of campaigns since we do this for a living and work with hundreds of campaigns on their products every season. Whoever you deal with, just make sure they are legitimate rather than shysters trying to pickup a quick buck because every season we hear and see stories where candidates are victimized with inferior products. Remember that you get what you pay for and if a deal is too good to be true then it probably is!
