As the spring semester comes to a close and summer begins, it is important for counselors-in-training to create intentional space for rest, reflection, and wellness. π
This summer, the CASTLE Lab is excited to launch "From Surviving to Thriving", a virtual wellness series designed for graduate counseling students at Mississippi State University.
Our first session will focus on burnout awareness, sustainable self-care strategies, experiential wellness activities, and connection with peers and mentors.
Current MSU counseling graduate students should check their MSU email for registration information and additional details. Reach out to Dr. Castle with any questions!
