As the spring semester comes to a close and summer begins, it is important for counselors-in-training to create intentional space for rest, reflection, and wellness. 💜

This summer, the CASTLE Lab is excited to launch "From Surviving to Thriving", a virtual wellness series designed for graduate counseling students at Mississippi State University.

Our first session will focus on burnout awareness, sustainable self-care strategies, experiential wellness activities, and connection with peers and mentors.
