Made the most scrumptious beef enchiladas. We enjoyed them for a couple days! Strawberries are coming on. Mmmmm 🍓

I know the lighting is weird. But these spot prawns🦐 were caught fresh and gifted to us by brother in law Will. Thank you so much. Made fresh herb, garlic sautéed with Asian salad and roasted rice pilaf. So delicious. 🤤

Finally got the blackstone seasoned up for the first time this year Delicious bacon, sautéed mushrooms and onions with Swiss and cheddar on a toasted onion bun. Was satisfying 🍔

Today was craving a salad. Spring greens with pear, Gorgonzola, chicken breast, tomatoes, avocado, walnuts with a balsamic vinaigrette 🥬🥑🍐🍅
