Earlier this month, Powell County 4-H members attended Kentucky 4-H Teen Conference! ☘️

Teen Conference is a statewide leadership event where Kentucky teens come together to develop leadership skills, explore college campus life, participate in educational workshops, and build lifelong friendships with fellow 4-H'ers from across the state.

We are proud to have had two representatives from Powell County participate in this incredible experience. Opportunities like Teen Conference help young people grow as leaders while creating memories and connections that last a lifetime.

Congratulations to our delegates for representing Powell County 4-H so well!

We are so proud of all of our Cloverbuds for their enthusiasm, participation, and willingness to try new things throughout camp.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Cloverbud Camp such a success. We hope these campers had as much fun as we did!

Day 1 & 2 of Cloverbud Camp are in the books! ☘️

Our campers jumped right into the fun, learning new skills and making memories through fishing, canoeing, arts & crafts, rockets, and so much more! 🚣🎣🎨🚀

After two exciting days of adventures, everyone relaxed and enjoyed a movie with s'mores to end the evening. 🍿🔥🍫

☀️ Summer Camp Update ☀️

26 spots remaining in the girls cabin
Our boys cabin is currently FULL! We are still accepting boys applications for the waitlist, and campers MAY be pulled from the list IF ANYONE IS UNABLE TO ATTEND.

We also have:
🏕️ ONE male counselor/camper spot left for either a teen ages 16–17 or an adult 18+

Applications for Summer Camp will be accepted until June 6th.

🌱 We are also accepting Cloverbud Camp applications until June 1st!

Applications for both camps are available anytime in the box outside our office. Don’t wait too long to apply!

4-H is preparing young people with the skills they need today—and tomorrow.
