Attention Brookside Cottages Residents:

Over the next couple of weeks, temperatures are expected to remain at or below freezing, and when temperatures are expected to fall to 32°F or below, residents are required to take reasonable precautions to help prevent frozen or burst pipes, including the following:

💧 Leave all sinks dripping during freezing conditions
💧 Ensure both hot and cold water are dripping
🚪 Open kitchen and bathroom sink cabinet doors to allow warm air circulation
🚫 Remove all hoses from exterior water spigots

Damage caused by frozen or burst pipes may be the responsibility of the resident if reasonable precautions are not taken.

📞 EMERGENCY NOTICE:
If you experience a plumbing issue, loss of water pressure, or suspect frozen pipes, PLEASE CALL MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY so the issue can be addressed promptly and further damage prevented.
