Money Mindset
Welcome to Money Mindset LLC. Welcome, I am so excited you found my page and want to find out more about my mission. I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
I guide women through deep, lasting money mindset work that replaces financial stress with clarity, control, and aligned wealth building without shame and overwhelm. I started exploring everything about money and personal finances about 10 years ago after I found myself in a less than ideal financial situation. Maxed out credit cards, multiple loans and a commission based income that was not stead
Put this in your back pocket.
The problem isn’t that you’ve been making bad decisions. It’s about the underlying reason why you’ve been making the decisions the first place.
When your money grows, your thoughts and beliefs need to grow with you.
And here’s where you start, my free 3-part framework to uncover and rewrite your money beliefs:
1. The Money Story Audit: Go back to your earliest money memories and write down what you remember and how you felt during childhood.
2. The Belief Inventory: Identify which of the most common limiting beliefs high-earning women carry are actually running your decisions (sounds a bit woo, but they are if you’re aware of them or not).
3. The Belief Rewrite: Replace the belief that’s been costing you with one that’s honest, true, and actually aligns with the life you’re about to build.
You can’t change what you’ve never named. This is where it starts.
Drop “BELIEF” in the comments and I’ll send you the full framework. Let’s go to the root not just the symptom. 👇

I frequently get asked about the debt payoff order by high income women.
The textbook answer is “highest interest first.” Dave Ramsey says “The debt snowball is the best way.”
Neither is wrong, both approaches are just incomplete.
Personal finance is personal. The math doesn’t consider your life, your family and your money journey.
It doesn’t account for the tension at home or the exhaustion of three years trying to pay off debt without much progress.
The right plan for you is the one that you’re still doing 6-months from now.
And it all starts with the foundation.

I used to think my problem was consistency, lack of discipline.
Like if I could just be more consistent and more disciplined the budget would finally work.
Turns out the budget was the issue.
It assumed every week would look exactly the same… no sick kid, no unexpected repair bill, no last minute party invite, no emotionally exhausting day that ends in a $40 dinner I didn’t plan for.
Real life doesn’t ask permission. A plan that can’t flex around that isn’t a plan. It’s a trap with good intentions.
The three questions on the slides aren’t a guilt trip. They’re a diagnostic. Most women answer all three and realize the budget was set up to fail before they ever opened the app.
That’s not on you. That’s how most budget spreadsheets work.
Comment SYSTEM and I’ll send you my free 90-day roadmap. This is what a flexible system actually looks like, one that’s built for real life. 🫶🏻

The gap isn’t what most people assume.
She did not get lucky, she is not smarter with spreadsheets.
The real difference goes beyond that.
One woman made the decision, that it is enough.
Enough to save
Enough to invest
Enough to say no to things that didn’t align with where she was headed
The other woman stayed the same. Lived in the moment, spent without a plan, promises to “figure it out later.”
Here’s the part that gets me: $120k a year, repeat for a decade, is the same input. The output reveals the belief system running underneath it.
That’s the starting point. Not a stricter budget. Not a better app. The decision. The belief.
My free ‘3-part framework to uncover and rewrite your money beliefs’ walks you through exactly that process.
