JUNE 3 – Join us at the Harbor Center to learn about SoundWaters Harbor Corps. You’ll learn how you can train for a good job working on the water. Meet your instructors, talk with current trainees, and learn about the program. Wednesday, June 3, 6:30pm at the SoundWaters Harbor Center in Stamford.

Two Volunteer Opportunities - THIS SUNDAY
1. Volunteer in the salt marsh to remove invasive species and help restore Stamford's salt marsh. Limited spots remaining, sign-up required.
2. Public coastal cleanup to remove trash from Stamford's coastline.

Early Saturday morning, we were joined by a wonderful group of people for a gorgeous morning on Long Island Sound for a Mindfulness Sail. These sails offer peaceful, contemplative time on Long Island Sound - an escape from the noise and distractions of daily life and a reminder of our deep connection with each other and all the residents of the natural world.
This sail’s highlights included beautiful light, a serenade from a pair of Loons, and a rare visit from three harbor seals.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our April coastal cleanup at Cove Island Park! Together, we removed 189 pounds of trash that will never reach Long Island Sound. 👏🏼
