She has taught "Transition into Business" at Empire in Richmond, Virginia, has given seminars on various hair topics, and trained seven stylists in hair care (three of whom now own salons). Her background in chemistry and biology enables her to know what ingredients work well together on different textures and types of hair to achieve the look desired while keeping hair healthy. A master of her craft, Dashe is always on top of the trends. It is her personal goal to continue to grow and excel in her craft and to ultimately share all that she learns as her contribution to the longevity of the hair and beauty industry.
