Amen started at Triad on February 2, 1998, back when the company was just starting. Over the past 28 years, he hasn’t just watched Triad grow, he’s been one of the people directly responsible for helping build it into what it is now.

If you’ve ever walked through our facility, there’s a good chance you’ve seen him somewhere on the floor. Not sitting in an office. Actually walking the plant, checking on teams, solving problems, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, jumping into meetings, giving customers tours, and somehow knowing the answer to just about everything happening across production and facilities.

A huge portion of our production team reports directly to Amen, but titles honestly don’t capture what he means to this place. He’s one of the people everyone relies on. Customers know him. Employees know him. If something needs to get figured out, people go to Amen.

One thing that makes Triad different is having leadership that stays close to the work, and Amen is one of the best examples of that. He’s boots on the ground every single day making sure things move, problems get solved, and teams have what they need.

The amount of growth, change, and success this company has experienced during Amen’s time here is incredible, and he’s been a huge part of making it happen.

There are a lot of people behind the scenes who make Triad what it is, and Amen is absolutely one of them.

This is part of our employee spotlight series highlighting the people behind the work at Triad 🧡

June is National Safety Month, back in 2023, we launched our Safety Recognition Program to celebrate employees who go above and beyond to help keep our teams and facilities safe every day. From proper PPE and forklift safety to clean workstations and safe equipment operation, the program was designed to recognize the small daily actions that make a big impact.

Since launching the program, employees across departments have been recognized through monthly and annual safety drawings, reinforcing the importance of looking out for one another and maintaining a safe workplace for everyone.

Thank you to all of our employees for continuing to make safety a priority every single day.

As an ESOP company, the people building, assembling, packing, and shipping the fixtures are also owners in the business. When the company succeeds, the employees who make the work happen share in that success. That ownership mindset shows up across the shop floor.

It means taking pride in the work, watching the details, and making sure everything leaving the building is something you would stand behind.

At Triad, employee ownership is not just a program. It is part of how the company operates.

Our team is proud to be owners and proud of the work that goes out the door every day.

Inside the Triad Design Team: turning ideas into solutions.
Our workflow connects concept, visualization, and development, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360 to keep design intent intact from first sketch to production.
We don’t replace internal teams: we collaborate early, maintain your brand identity, and design with manufacturing in mind.

Quality does not happen at the end of the process. It starts at the beginning and it shows up at every step along the way.

At Triad, quality is built into how we operate. Because our processes are vertically integrated, our teams are able to monitor and check work throughout production rather than waiting until the final product is finished.

From wood fabrication to metal, finishing, and final assembly, every stage of the build is happening under our roof and being reviewed along the way.

That means issues can be caught early, corrected quickly, and never make it to the store.

The approach works. Our quality rating currently sits around 99.95% based on the number of parts shipped compared to reported warranty claims.

Supply Chain Day is about everything it takes to get fixtures from production to store. Our supply chain covers both domestic and overseas production, managing everything from factory coordination and quality checks to packaging, transportation, and delivery to our facility and final destination.

Why it matters
Fewer surprises, more consistency, and programs that actually land the way they’re supposed to.

That’s what keeps large rollouts moving and stores opening on schedule!

What happens inside our in-house powder coat line? Here’s a quick breakdown:

Step 1: Cleaning
Before coating, every part goes through Bionic Clean Phos, a sustainable pretreatment system that uses oil-eating microbes like those used to clean oil spills. No harsh chemicals and up to 90% less water. A cleaner surface means better adhesion.

Step 2: Powder Application
The metal frame enters the spray booth where electrically charged powder is applied to the part. You can see the powder wrapping around the frame as it coats evenly.

Step 3: Curing
The coated part goes through a high-heat oven where the powder melts and fuses into a smooth, durable finish.

Why we do it:
• No VOCs or hazardous solvents
• More durable finish
• Safer for our team
• Better for the environment

Tired of projects slowing down because too many teams are involved?
When design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation all live under one roof, things move faster, stay aligned, and actually get done right.

Fewer handoffs. Fewer surprises. More control from start to finish.
On schedule. On budget. On brand.
That’s the in house advantage.
