Our summer schedule is wacky! Be sure to keep your schedules handy. If you need one, just let us know! This week we'll have class on Monday and Tuesday. No class on Wednesday. All summer classes will be REFIT®- no REV+FLOW. Family visiting for the summer? Bring them along! See you there!

We will not have class this Monday at Faith as we honor those who fought for our freedom. In addition, we will not have class on Tuesday due to basketball camp at Peace. We WILL have class on Wednesday at Christ Memorial! Even if it's not your regular class time, you are welcome to join us!

We have a treat for you this week! REFIT® has a new song called, "REFIT ALL NIGHT". Even though our classes are in the mornings, we're excited to use this song, written just for REFIT®! Come check it out!

Today we surprised Chris with a small celebration for her 10th anniversary as a REFIT® instructor. We've been blessed to be on this journey with you, Christine Nickelson , and we look forward to many more years with you leading our FIT classes! 💛
