Consider an ENT visit if you have a combination of cold-like symptoms such as nasal congestion, postnasal drip, sore throat and facial pressure or swelling for longer than two weeks. Any new loss of smell and taste, headache, fever, fatigue and bad breath may also be signs of something that requires a follow-up.
