New home excavation is underway! 🧱🚧

After the soil engineer’s inspection, the site was found to have plastic soil. CreteDoc was directed to excavate an additional 2 feet, then backfill with rock and compact it to create a strong, stable subgrade for the new home.

Every great home starts with a solid foundation. 🤝

Big progress happening on this excavation project! 🚧🪏

This area was previously filled with weeds, overgrown brush, and dead trees, making the space hard to use. CreteDoc cleared the lot, brought in fill dirt, and reshaped the area to create a much more functional yard.

Landscaping and sod are up next, and we can’t wait to see the finished result!
