What a great morning with Arch Oars! Eight rowers from our first workshop came back to the Club to take their first strokes on the water — and they crushed it! 💪🚣‍♀️🌸

Our first workshop was a huge success! Participants learned proper erg technique, some new stretches and PT exercises, tried their hand at dock rowing and enjoyed meeting other survivors and some delicious food.
