Client of ours had some water intrusion through a couple cracks in their foundation. We came in and removed all the drywall and studs so they could epoxy the cracks.

In a short time we got the wall reframed along with drywall hung and finished. Next step is a coat of paint and trim.

Drywallers finished up last week and we got in here right away and primed everything! Wall colors are going on and tile prep in the bathrooms are underway now.

Still a lot of work left to go but it’s coming along nicely.

We have been extremely busy with this new build!

The house is now completely dried in with the stone being complete, all the rough in electric, plumbing, and HVAC is finished. Drywall is getting started next week and then siding will be next.

Starting to really take shape. It may not look like a big house, however it is extremely cut up and completely custom. Stay tuned for more pictures to follow.

A client of ours had an unfortunate water leak. We started with removing the drywall and insulation to assess the damage. Next step is to reinsulate and drywall it!

Aside from building a new home for a client, we are also framing a barn up on the same property for goats!

This 20x80 lean-to style barn will be finished shortly and house over 30 goats to keep them out of the elements.

We have been very busy the last few weeks on a new build in Bloomsdale. Subfloor is on, along with the first floor walls. Second floor is going up smooth and will be ready for walls soon.

The weather has been a battle since day one but we’re still getting it done!

Recently we completed a major bathroom remodel for a client in Wentzville.

We tore this bathroom down to the studs, moved walls, and a lot more to make it much more inviting. Every single thing in this bathroom is brand new!
