Beautiful day, so we brought the Swift Performance Duo Pro gates out and timed some 40’s with splits.

I had a late day at work today, so I was able to get over the weight room to watch Coach .cornier working with half of Nothing better than watching athletes get after it! Every day, every session is an opportunity to get better. Programming for the day was designed as a D -1 with a game tomorrow night. Best of luck ladies!

I came across this video and one point stands out nicely - BIOMECHANICS!
Biomechanics is the scientific basis for all recommendations relative to exercise form and technique and it is the why, of differences in how something is performed.
Too often, individuals focus on specifics that are of no importance, weight plate size, plyometric box height, or other details that at the end of the day, don't determine performance itself but are tools used.
And please note, not everything has been fully explored allowing for the identification of the best biomechanical requirements; research continues.
