Meet Celina Monzon, one of the artists competing at Studio Showdown at Trust on July 24th!

Celina is an Argentinian multidisciplinary artist based in St. Louis whose work spans pastel painting, digital art, sculpture, and collage.

Through colorful worlds and fantastical protagonists, she explores imagination alongside themes of language, identity, immigration, and memory.

We can’t wait to see what she creates in just 30 minutes.

Meet Shelby Fleming, one of the artists competing at Studio Showdown at Trust on July 24th!

Shelby is a multimedia artist whose work explores the fragility and resilience of the physical and psychological body through the lens of her ongoing medical experiences.

Her work has been exhibited internationally, from South Korea to Finland, and she has attended artist residencies at Vermont Studio Center, Château Orquevaux, and Fiskars Village.

We can’t wait to see what she creates in just 30 minutes.

Meet Summer Thyme, one of the artists competing at Studio Showdown at Trust on July 24th!

Born and raised in St. Louis, Summer is a mixed media artist who has been creating professionally for five years.

They love a challenge, which makes the fast-paced energy of Studio Showdown right up their alley.

We can’t wait to see what they create in just 30 minutes.

Meet Michele, one of the artists competing at Studio Showdown at Trust on July 24th!

A self-taught mixed media artist, Michele uses vibrant color, rich texture, and unconventional techniques to create playful, dynamic work that brings joy into an often challenging world.

You can also find her work at Soulard Art Gallery, where she is a resident artist.

After nearly two decades as a director, producer, and photographer, Kurtis found a new kind of peace in painting. His expressive palette knife work captures the thoughts and feelings that words cannot always reach.

Meet Ben Bradshaw, one of the artists competing at Studio Showdown at Trust on July 24th!

Ben is an inter-dimensional designer based in the Soulard Fine Arts Building, with a creative background spanning sculpture, textiles, and ceramics.

Outside of his studio practice, he teaches Foundation Design at Maryville University and is the founder of the arts networking pop-up ARTCRUSH!
