One of my favorite experiments I ran with my team was to test if intentionally appreciating other people in the company could enhance overall company engagement and culture.

My thought was similar to the ripple effect, could a small interaction create a larger ripple impact.

Answer....
Yes, it can and it did.

I have learned that intentionally appreciating others is one of the best gifts we can give so I created a short 10-day challenge to help others intentionally appreciate others (aka - make a difference in someone's life)
