We’re gearing up for the 2026 (opening day is April 4th, mark your calendars) but in the meantime - we gotta make space in our freezers 🧊

Let’s all get excited about brighter and warmer days ahead and come stock up on cold treats! A dollar a pop (literally). Some are maybe a bit misshapen, but I promise they still taste great 🙌

I’ve gotten lots of questions about where Poptimism can be found, now that our spot at CF has closed.

Today is your lucky day! Head to the 4-7:30 this evening and look for Toto (our super cute lil pop truck)

It’s been four years of slinging pops here at , and somehow - I never posted about our most popular flavor! Blue raspberry koolaid.

It’s far from my pop-making roots - so sugary, so much food dye - but for years, the Blue Raz has been our #1 flavor here. Its vibrant color catches the eye of kids and the young-at-heart 💙 and it tastes like summer days in your backyard!

Today may be your last day to try it. Today is definitely your last day for soft-serve and for coming into the food hall for your pop fix 🥲 We hope to see you between 11am - 8pm!

Reminder that we will NOT be at the today, but we are open at 11am - 10pm! And we’re only open NINE more days here, so come and get a watermelon pop while you can 🍉

After an incredible run at the Food Hall, I’ve made the tough decision to close our little Poptimism stand.

While this chapter is ending sooner than I had hoped, I’m SO proud of what our team has built here. Since that chaotic opening day back in August of 2021, it’s been pure joy serving up cold, colorful happiness to this community 🍓🍊🍌🥒🫐🍇🍉

This isn’t goodbye forever — it’s just a pivot for now! Thank you for supporting our dream, sharing your summers (and even cold winter nights - you troopers!) with us, and loving our pops as much as we do.

Our last day in operation at CF will be 8/31, and you’ll still be able to grab pops at the every Tuesday and Saturday, this season.
