Salon update

All the framing is waiting for inspection. Plumbing rough is complete. Electrical has started. Drywall coming soon.

Last week we to lift a floor that had fallen and the concrete was broken. We lifted all the floor joist up and installed 6 6x6 post with a header to hold all the weight of the floor. The peirs were 12x12 boxed with rebar drilled into the concrete floor and drove down into the dirt a foot.

The first picture is of what another contractor left the owner with to try and help the situation.

A.few updates from the last 2 weeks.

We had a deck that was pulling off the house. Had to lift it a total of 5 1/4 inch to bring it back level and replace all the columns. Client also had a few other rotten post and facia board we replaced also.

Please don't let your decks get this bad. The weight pulling on the exterior wall also had made doors inside not close right. We also fixed all of that once the deck was back correct.

Been a while since we have posted our work. A shower we did the tile on this week.

Well after 3 years out we are now glad to announce we are opening our lawncare side back up. Looking to add 40 to 50 yards for lawncare. From Festus to St.louis. I know it's late in the year but want to see if anyone needs someone new.
