I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had when purchasing my 2020 Envision. My salesman, Todd Cohen, was fabulous!! He was laid back and not at all pushy throughout the process. Additionally, Drew Perez and Dave Sinclair III were also very accommodating. I highly recommend Dave Sinclair if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

My mother in law, Joanne Vasquez wants to shout out to Chris Odey for making it possible to come get her car and service it. She's had knee and hip surgery and was unable to bring it in herself. Chris was wonderful! He went above and beyond and our entire family is grateful for his outstanding customer service.

We did not get a photo to be on Facebook when we bought our new Buick in July.

I would not recommend it due to the interaction of a potential purchase. I had a deposit on another car (F150 Platinum) that I had reconsidered but the Sierra AT4 caught my eye (60K). The issue was that I was refinancing my house and could not run credit, so I offered a 5K deposit and they refused to hold, so I offered 20K (bank check in hand) still they would not hold for 5 days. 5 days later the salesman called who was great saying they still had the vehicle, but unfortunately the sales manager that day was "Dave Sinclair Jr" who said that was not how we operate and he has kids too.

Just want to give a big shout out to the great men and women who work at this place, they rock. Ian you found me a truck I was looking for , even if you had to run out and pick it up from the middle of Kansas. Thanks again Rick D.

I bought a new GMC Acadia in April of 2019. I got a free oil change with the purchase. When I was working on the deal they wanted me to buy extended interior and paint protection. I ask about the loaner car if it goes into the shop. I asked because I do not like Enterprise and will not use them. Tim my salesman said they have their own fleet and that would not be a problem, So I bought the car. So when I went to get the oil change Dan Sinclair said they would not do it. It was because I had a service dog not on a tethered leash but on an electronic leash. Dan Did not like this. So I left and went to Bommaritto and they did it that day and were very nice to my dog. Then in Feb of 2020 I took it in for problems under the warranty. I left my dog at home to make things easier. Then they tell me they go thru Enterprise. I told them I do not and neither would Enterprise. They told me I could not have a loaner then. I spent extra money for those Dave Sinclair warranties that I cannot use now. They told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale and then screwed me. Again I went to Bommaritto and they took care of me. These Sinclair’s think they can do what they want. Well this is not going away. I am calling GMC, filing complaints with The Attorney General in Missouri, the BBB. Then anyone else I can think of that will listen.
