What a day! I hit submit to enter my new O’Fallon listing as “active” on the market at exactly 1 pm today. At 1:18 pm, I received a text message from a buyer who saw it on Zillow and wanted to see it because she and her husband weren’t working with another agent. I met them at the property at 1:45 to show it to them. Multiple other showings today by several different agents. The buyers I showed the home to said they’d discuss it and call me back. I wrote the contract and it was accepted by the sellers around 10:30 pm!

I didn’t even have a chance to advertise it on Facebook before it sold! 🙌🏼🏠 Getting ready to turn in for the night!

Be on the lookout later this week for my new 4 BR 2.5 BA listing in O’Fallon! This one is a diamond in the rough, for sure, but with some TLC, it can definitely rock the block‼️ Tell all your friends…More info to come.

True story right here! I only get paid if I successfully get my clients to the closing table and “closed”!

Also, all real estate agents/realtors are not necessarily created equally. As a matter of fact, the last few listing transactions have actually been eye-opening for my seller clients, due to the buyers’ agents all being very unresponsive with communication and lacking in performance. You know it’s pretty bad if your sellers notice, and say things at closing like “You did way more work than they did, and they’re making almost or the same amount as you?!”

I always try to treat others the way I’d want to be treated. I’d love to help you or someone you know with their real estate needs!
