In just 2024, data centers created over 22,000 jobs in Missouri. Missourians need quality jobs, and data centers need skilled trades workers to build them, along with IT and maintenance workers to keep them running. The IT arms race is here… why not make Missouri the leader?

Businesses in the community should give back to the community. The Franklin County Gateway Digital Campus will generate over $50 million in tax revenue that will increase funding for local police, fire, EMS, schools, and more.

When private companies build projects, working families shouldn't be stuck with the bill. The Franklin County Gateway Digital Campus will cover 100% of the costs for campus infrastructure and necessary energy upgrades.

Working families need consistent, quality jobs, and this new project in Franklin County will create 3,000-plus quality jobs in construction, IT, maintenance, and more.

The Franklin County Gateway Digital Campus will be built 1,000 feet away from any residential homes, 2-5 times the standard. Protecting the Shaw Nature Preserve and residents from any noise above normal levels.

Villa Ridge’s natural beauty is worth protecting. 50% of the Franklin County Gateway Digital Campus will be a natural buffer zone. All visible buildings will be built to modern, visually appealing standards to protect the landscape and natural beauty of the community.

Many people think that data centers use more than their fair share of water, but the Franklin County Gateway Digital Campus’ closed-loop system will use less water than 54 homes and protect local water infrastructure.
