If Jesus thought it was important to rest, so should we;

There was such a swirl of activity around Jesus, with so many people coming and going, that they were unable to even eat a meal. So Jesus said to his disciples, “Come, let’s take a break and find a secluded place where you can rest a while.”

One day soon afterward Jesus went up on a mountain to pray, and he prayed to God all night.

For those who are living according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh [which gratify the body], but those who are living according to the Spirit, [set their minds on] the things of the Spirit [His will and purpose]. Now the mind of the flesh is death [both now and forever—because it pursues sin]; but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace [the spiritual well-being that comes from walking with God—both now and forever];

“Do not remember the former things, Or ponder the things of the past. Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.

When your emotions become anxious and your physical body becomes overwhelmed and stressed, take back your control by taking deep breaths (4 seconds in, hold for 4 and release for 4 seconds) and meditate or speak out loud truths ( God is my strength, God is my shelter, God is my refuse, God is my peace ect) this sends a message to your brain to calm down and be balanced.

Keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always.
Philippians 4:8 TPT

At some point you gotta make the tough decision to stop your crying,( stop making excuses as why you can't) draw courage and strength from the reservoir of your Spirit, and say enough is enough; it's time to move forward and accomplish the dreams God placed within me.

I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]
Philippians 4:13 AMP

We have become his poetry, a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it!
Ephesians 2:10 TPT
