For 26 years with Dr. Fallert—and an amazing 38 years as a dental hygienist— Eileen has been a cornerstone of our practice. Her compassion, skill, and genuine care have touched so many lives. Over the years, patients have become friends, and teammates have truly become family thanks to the warmth and connection she brings to everything she does.
As she begins this exciting next chapter, Eileen is looking forward to spending more time with her three precious grandchildren and adding new adventures to her book of travel memories. ✈️📖

I am thankful for the heartfelt congratulations I received from everyone on the occasion of my retirement. I have been blessed with outstanding mentors and have developed lifelong friendships. At the age of 24, when I first started, I could not have imagined forming such enduring relationships.
