Our regional office in Indianapolis just keeps growing stronger. Please join us in welcoming the newest addition to the team, Senior Project Engineer, Jake Mlagan!
Jake studied business at Indiana University East and brings more than five years of construction experience. When asked what he was most excited about, Jake shared: “I am excited about new opportunities and working with a great team.”

“Good morning from Savannah Pike Creek II!” Exclaimed Superintendent, Jeremy Walls. The 146-unit build-to-rent community in Kenosha, Wisconsin just turned over the first building, and the first residents are scheduled to move in June 12.

“Trade partners are hard at it,” Jeremy shared. “The weather finally broke open and so has our production! We only have two buildings left to dig for footings and a total of six buildings left to frame.

Koi just finished his junior year at SIUE Cougars in the Construction Management program. He has been tenacious about meeting with MBG while on campus so you can imagine how exciting it was to welcome him today.
When asked what he was excited about, Koi said, “I'm excited to learn and become a valued member of this team. I'm always super excited for new things and this allows me to progress further into my career and meet some pretty incredible people.”

We're thrilled to have you, Joseph Romano!
Please join us in welcoming Intern Joseph Romano to the MBG team for the summer. Joseph is an upcoming junior at Mizzou studying Mechanical Engineering with minors in Aerospace & Math.
When asked what he was most excited about, Joseph said, “I'm most excited to finally be involved in the construction side of engineering. I was raised around construction but never got to experience the actual work of it first-hand, but now I can.”

Welcome to the team, Charlie Schellhardt! Charlie joins us from the Mizzou where he is studying Business Management. He joins MBG as a Summer Intern where he'll be part of a small team learning field operations and all things construction management.
When asked what he was most excited about, he simply replied, "To learn."

“Safety goes beyond construction. It’s about protecting the end user,” said Senior Project Engineer Kyle Terry.

In alignment with Construction Safety Week, MBG joined the national effort to raise fall hazard awareness during this week’s Toolbox Talk led by Safety Training Resources Blake Ruffino. We’re proud to stand alongside the industry in supporting what has become the largest construction stand-down event to date; focused on building a stronger, healthier, and safer workforce.

At MBG, we build the space where life takes place. And that responsibility extends well beyond the jobsite.

The Vivienne, located at 211 N. Meramec in Clayton, MO, is progressing rapidly toward completion. This 151-unit luxury townhome community, featuring underground parking and an elevated pool deck, is currently alive with activity across nearly every phase from the final stages of masonry and siding to ongoing MEP work and interior finishes like trim and cabinetry.
