St Louis and Chicago historic homes---three on Benton Place and Park Ave. 😍

Eleven years ago, there was a heavy snow in St Louis. Carolyn McAvoy, my next door neighbor, took this photo and sent it to me in the form of a Christmas card. It predates the exterior facelift of several years ago when we chose colors more consistent with photos of the house in the early years of the last century. Keeping in mind the house was rehabbed in the 1980s---blue and mauve were pretty much the rage. 😍
