Clean lines, bold moments, and a little drama!

This space is all about contrast and balance. A sculptural metallic coffee table anchors the room, reflecting light and adding an unexpected edge, while the soft sofa and layered textiles keep it warm and livable. Deep blue drapery draws the eye upward and frames the view, and the art brings a graphic, modern punch that makes the whole room feel intentional and curated.

Proof that a neutral palette doesn’t have to be boring when texture, form, and scale do the heavy lifting.

Before and After Bar Area Transformation

What was once an underutilized pass through with limited function is now a fully realized bar moment that feels polished, intentional, and ready for entertaining.

Before
The space lacked definition and storage, with basic finishes and no clear focal point. It felt more like a hallway pause than a destination.

After
We transformed this area into a tailored bar with custom cabinetry, a built in beverage fridge, and glass front uppers that add depth without feeling heavy. The vertical tile introduces subtle texture, while the warm wood countertop balances the cooler cabinetry tones. Thoughtful lighting, open shelving, and layered styling turn this once forgotten space into a true focal point that connects seamlessly to the surrounding rooms.

A great example of how thoughtful design can elevate even the smallest footprint into something both functional and beautiful.

Before ➝ After: Theatre Room Transformation 🎬

What was once a basic lower-level TV room is now a fully immersive home theatre experience. The original space had neutral walls, standard seating, and bright overhead lighting that left it feeling flat and unfinished.

We transformed the room with dark, enveloping walls to reduce visual distractions, layered lighting to set the mood, and a more intentional seating layout for comfort and function. Cinematic details like framed movie posters, styled surfaces, and lounge-worthy finishes bring in the classic theatre vibe while still keeping the space cozy and inviting.

The result is a dramatic before-and-after that shows how thoughtful design, lighting, and scale can completely redefine a room—perfect for movie nights, entertaining, and everyday use.

Designing this condo was all about letting the decor elevate the space while keeping it light and intentional. With clean architectural lines and expansive windows, we curated pieces that add texture, contrast, and personality without overpowering the view.

A soft neutral palette sets the tone, layered with sculptural furnishings, cozy textiles, and warm wood elements. The custom TV console, finished in a metallic wood that reads almost like stone, becomes a statement piece and anchors the room without feeling heavy. Thoughtful lighting, art, and accessories add depth and visual interest, creating a space that feels refined, inviting, and effortlessly collected.

The result is a condo that feels polished yet comfortable, where every decor choice was selected to enhance how the space looks and lives.

This living room was designed to feel layered, intentional, and personal. When there wasn’t enough space to incorporate a piano, we found another way to honor it by featuring a framed piano image above the console, then elevating it with sculptural decorative wall pieces to create depth and visual interest.

The fireplace remains a true focal point in the space. Recycled marble pieces were repurposed into a custom stacked stone surround, adding texture and character while staying true to the home’s story. A statement clock above the mantel anchors the design and draws the eye upward, balancing scale and proportion.

Every element in this room was thoughtfully selected to blend function, meaning, and timeless style.

This living room was designed around a collection that tells a story. Our client has gathered clocks over time, and we transformed them into a curated gallery wall that frames the fireplace and sets the tone for the space.

Clean-lined furniture, soft neutral upholstery, warm wood accents, and a geometric area rug balance the visual impact of the clocks while keeping the room comfortable and inviting. Natural light from the surrounding windows allows the textures and finishes to shine without overwhelming the focal wall.

The result is a space that feels personal, layered, and intentionally designed around what the client loves.

This breakfast nook was designed with personality front and center. Our client loves her cats and enjoys a good glass of wine, so this art felt like the perfect finishing touch. A cozy banquette, layered pillows, and a bistro style table create a space that invites you to linger a little longer in the morning or unwind in the evening. It’s proof that great design doesn’t have to take itself too seriously and that your home should always reflect what you love most.

We transformed this lower level from a completely unfinished basement into a lively, colorful, and functional space tailored to our client’s vision. By incorporating custom built-ins, layered textures, and playful pops of color, the lower level now feels just as intentional and inviting as the rest of the home.

If you’re looking for an interior designer in St. Louis to help with a basement remodel or lower level renovation, we specialize in turning unused spaces into beautifully designed areas made for everyday living and entertaining.

This shower was designed to feel calm, intentional, and timeless. Clean lines and a soft, neutral palette create a spa-like experience, while the patterned tile underfoot adds just enough visual interest to keep the space elevated. A bench and integrated niche keep the design functional without interrupting the simplicity of the overall look. Thoughtful material selections and symmetry bring balance, making this shower both beautiful and highly livable.
