Trinity Episcopal - St. Louis
Our worship is rooted in the holy and ancient liturgies and rituals of the Christian church. Come as you are. Wear what you like. Find what you need.
Trinity is a progressive Episcopal Church (in the Diocese of Missouri), where our commitment to the radical gospel of Christ calls us to worship God, welcome the seeker, sustain the faithful, and serve those in need. We are High Church (we use incense, chant, bells, vestments, and candles), but we are not high-brow. Sunday:
• 8am - Spoken Eucharist service - Rite I (traditional language)
• 10:30
Almighty God, in whose hands are the living and the dead; We give you thanks for your servants who have laid down their lives in the service of our country. Grant to them your mercy and the light of your presence, that the good work which you have begun in them may be perfected; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord. Amen.

Due to the impending winter storm, we are cancelling both services on Sunday morning.
In its place, we will have a pre-recorded service of Morning Prayer which will be available on Trinity's website by 10am Sunday morning.
In the meantime, please pray for everyone who will be out in the cold this weekend: the unhoused, service personnel and everyone "behind the scenes" who, by their labor, keep our common life intact.
Thanks everyone and prayers for safety for all.

Almighty and gracious God, we give you thanks for the fruits of the earth in their season and for the labors of those who harvest them. Make us, we pray, faithful stewards of your great bounty, for the provision of our necessities and the relief of all who are in need, to the glory of your Name; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
