Today is the day! Its finally here!

Love and Death in the Modern World, Vol 2

Interestingly enough, half of the songs in this album predate volume 1 and were originally intended for the first album when, after writing the cover to Father Dont Cry, I was inspired to make volume 1 an industrial album.

This gave me time to really marinate part 2 and narrow the focus.

Volume 1 focused more on death, on the darker side and this one is more focused on love, while still keeping the themes of death throughout.

Inspired by different electronic genres from the UK such as UK Garage, IDM, Drum and Bass and Ambient House.

Special thanks to Component Recordings for getting this over the finish line and having me on their label!

So excited for this to finally be out in the world.

This video was the effort of me digging through hundreds of public domain footage, including old stag films, noir and war time new reels dating from the early days of film all the way through the 80s.

Coming soon. Artwork by my bestest friend in the whole wide world, Chris Powell. I added a small embellishment to make it look a little more ghostly. Excited to finally have this out soon. We are shooting for a mid to late November release!!

I will be playing this show, if the flyer wasnt a dead giveaway. I will be playing a few songs off of Love and Death Vol 1 for the first time ever. My first attempt at performing Father Dont Cry and Better Living Through Savagery live should be interesting as they propose quite a challenge in a live environment. I am signing the hell off of Facebook for the rest of today and going to work on my set. This music is perfect for current mood.

Release date for the album itself is still pending but I wanted to give everyone something to chew on for a while!

Watch it before Youtube finds some excuse to take it down as this one gets a bit racy, but it should still be within the youtube standards, I hope.

I am about 85 percent done with 2 music videos for Love and Death Vol 2. Have a friend who will be helping me get the final mix and master dialed in soon. For the videos, since I dont have the time to really do a lot of film, I went hog wild all over Internet Archives and Library of Congress looking for the weirdest or least used old public domain footage I could find. I think they are coming together really nicely. I am trying some new editing tricks to make the videos really pop.
