Summer Update -
Summer Update A volunteer and care-receiver during a visit this summer. This home-bound senior was finally able to receive an in-house COVID-19 vaccine this summer! She also received a new hospital bed to replace the non-functional, extremely uncomfortable hospital bed that she had been using for years!

The Hodiamont community needs to have better access to the COVID vaccine!
Health Connection needs to register at least 75 people so that Affinia will come and administer the vaccines at our site at 1142 Hodiamont Ave on May 7th.
Please register so that those with limited transportation will have an opportunity to receive the vaccine in their own neighborhood!
