亲爱的华大中国同学们：

本届华大中国学生学者联谊会（Wash.U CSSA）经过了2014-2015年度的辛勤工作，各项活动已基本临近尾声。非常感谢一年来同学们对CSSA的支持和爱护。眼下，新一轮的CSSA换届和选举工作已经拉开序幕。如果您愿意奉献自己的热情，施展自己的才能，结交更多的朋友，服务于华大的中国学生学者，那么就不要犹豫，请加入到2015-16的WashU CSSA执行委员会（Executive Committee）或者学院代表团（Representative Body）中来吧！三月底的换届选举，将给您一个登上舞台的绝好机会！

下面是关于这次选举的流程和方法。

1. 职位
本次CSSA换届选举需要产生的候选职位有：
会长 President
副会长 Vice President
财务长 Treasurer
其他执委 Executive Committee Member (包括但不限于秘书长Secretary、法务干事Legal Chair、社工干事Social Chair、出版干事Publication Chair、文娱干事Entertainment Chair、内务干事Internal Chair、信息干事Webmaster、外联干事Public Relationship Chair等).

学院代表 （每个学院1-2位）
主要职责包括监督CSSA日常工作、反应学生意见和建议、表决CSSA各项规章制度的制定/修订、审议工作计划和年度预算、增补和罢免CSSA会员和执委会成员。CSSA学院代表需要参加每个学期至少一次的CSSA执委会和学生给代表联席会议；对联席会议提出的议案进行表决；此外，学院代表还有权列席和监督CSSA执委会的每月例会、财务运作和其他工作。CSSA学院代表也可协助执委会的活动筹办。

2. 报名和提名
本次报名和提名工作从即日起到3月21日（周六）晚上21:00截止。请在邮件中请注明候选人的姓名、院系、联系方式（邮箱及其它）、候选职位，并通过后缀为wustl.edu的邮箱发送到 [email protected]

所有华大学生和学者都有权申请报名或者提名任何CSSA会员成为上述职位的候选人。一份提名邮件可以提名一名或者多名执委会候选人，和不超过2名的本学院代表。其中会长、副会长和财务长职位最多可各提名一位候选人；其他执委具体职位不需特别指明；你只可提名本学院的CSSA会员为学院代表。例如：

说明：
1.同一个候选人可以报名或被提名多个职务，换届选举时按照会长、副会长、财务长、其他执委、学院代表的顺序依次计票产生。具体的竞选细则将会在候选人公示阶段公布。
2.根据研究生院的社团规定和CSSA宪章，CSSA的会员界定不包括本科生，CSSA本科生委员也不通过此次选举产生
3. 公示

选举委员会将会将在3月21日(周六)晚21：00汇总报名和提名结果，并经CSSA会员资格审查后，通知所有被提名的候选人。候选人必须在3月22日（周日）晚21:00之前，邮件回复选举委员会确认报名或接受提名、并提交简历等所需材料之后，方可成为正式参选人。所有正式参选人的信息将从3月23日(周一) 起通过邮件和CSSA网站同步公示。

4. 投票办法
具体投票办法将和选举人公示一同发布。

各位华大的兄弟姐妹们，



春节庆祝活动是中华传统活动，今年我们一如既往地为大家准备了丰盛的中餐晚宴和精彩的文艺节目。而如此盛大的活动当然需要大家的参与和支持才能顺利进行，因此我们面向社会各界真诚招募：



1. 晚餐运输志愿者：2月21日周六下午四点准时 从指定的中餐馆运送热气腾腾的美食到主校区的Gargoyle, 数百人准点儿开饭可就指望你们了～



2. 晚餐服务志愿者：2月21日周六下午四点到七点，包括桌椅的摆放、食物的分发，以及餐后的简单清洁；（中间会安排志愿者轮岗吃饭）届时你将是数百人的大厨 ，给大家分配丰盛的晚餐！



3. 晚会接待和引导： 2月21日周六下午六点到七点15分，Graham Chapel 门口的VIP引导、节目单分发、征集donation等。



4. 节目后台支持：好晚会，靠的是好幕后！节目彩排（2月14日（optional），2月21日下午）和正式演出（2月21日晚上）过程中，我们需要志愿者负责帮助道具搬运、通讯联络、灯光控制等工作。还有机会和帅哥美女近距离接触喔~



5. 摄影志愿者：（2月21日晚上）器材自备，题材不限，美丽的瞬间需要你们的记录！

11月1日（周六）中午12:30 pm从华大出发，1:30 pm抵达场地（Bing Field Paintball & Airsoft Park），之后和另外两所学校的同学们一起活动，估计3-5小时。我们会尽力向不能开车的同学提供车辆。到时请穿不怕被染色、厚一点的衣服，因为Paintball的威力很大。如天气不便，我们会通知推迟或者取消活动。

WashU CSSA will organize a paintball event with SLU CSSA and UMSL CSSA.
